Fully Cooked Grilled Seasoned CHICKEN WINGS Rotisserie Style (3-6kg)

NOTE: Prepare wings from the frozen state. If thawed, reduce cooking time accordingly. Ensure wings are thoroughly heated (165°F/74°C) before serving. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only. OVEN: Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Place wings on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Place frozen wings on baking tray in the middle rack of oven. Heat for 30 mins, turning once during cooking, until heated through. BARBECUE: Preheat barbecue grill to medium heat. Spread frozen wings out on greased grill and heat for 8 minutes with barbecue lid closed. Turn wings over and heat for another 8 minutes. Monitor wings closely and if necessary turn more frequently to prevent burning or until wings are crispy, browned and heated through. Fryer: Preheat Oil to 400°F (204°C). Cook for 5 1/2 to 6 Minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving. MICROWAVE (Not recommended): Arrange 6 to 8 wings in a circle on a microwave-safe plate and defrost on defrost cycle for 4 minutes. Heat on high power for 2½ minutes, or until heated through.
